Shipping Policy : Orders will be shipped within 7 days if product is in stock. If not, post order it will take 3-4 weeks before it is shipped.Custom orders will take longer time, which will be informed during the confirmation. Shipping charges are extra and will be added when you place the order.So make sure pick more than one item, that would save you a lot of money! All items to be shipped only in India.
Exchange and Returns : At the moment we do not allow exchanges or returns of Goods once sold and delivered, however, under extra-ordinary circumstances, the management may make an exception.
Additional Policies : We accept custom orders for special designs, occasions and gift items.For example, I could custom make a earring stand for a friends birthday or create bottle art for you to remember an occasion etc. These orders will take longer to deliver than items in stock,time of delivery shall be informed during confirmation of order. All custom orders have to be paid in advance. The pieces in this shop are hand created and painted individually by the owner,so no two pieces are alike. It is this that makes our products different.Certain products are fragile,so they cannot be handled roughly.
